If you have never come across NESARA before, apparently in October 2000, after being passed by Congress, President Bill Clinton signed the National Economic and Security and Reformation Act (NESARA).153 nations, agreed by treaty at the World Court (International Court of Justice in the Hague) to implement it.

This is supposedly the beginning of what has been termed the Golden Age, prophesied since biblical times.

I would advise you to do a bit of research on it online.

It apparently involves the full revealing of the defrauding of the world’s citizens and complete debt foregiveness, to name but a few of it’s statutes.

If this is your first introduction to the idea of NESARA this may seem a bit out there to you, but take the time to research it.

If you want to understand how a society and race can be enslaved by debt take a look at the movie Zeitgeist.

If you empathise with that then NESARA is not such a big leap.

And the collapse of the banking system is a possibility that people can actually see and understand, probably for the first time.

Apparently a lot that has been hidden is to come to the surface.

I think we are going to see a lot of amazing revelations.

But to be honest I wouldn’t take it all to heart just yet.

It may just be me, but I don’t think holding on for debt forgiveness is the best course of action.

Though it would be pretty sweet !!

This treason is now clearly manifest for all to see and the time to put an end to it has arrived.

I can’t personally tell you exactly how to meditate , other than the way I do it which is to set a timer for 15 minutes, and focus on breathing.

Just long full breaths , all the way in and all the way out.

Try and build up to twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

And that’s it really !!!

If you’ve never done it before, and you can maintain it so you are doing it regularly, you will be amazed at the benefits of it.

Don’t worry, at first your mind will wander and it will feel like” chattering monkeys” as the Buddhists say. This is the same for everyone.

The more you do it the more you will train your mind to accept this state of peace and calm as normal and it will begin to enjoy it.

This will come in time.

Just relax and enjoy it as a quiet period of relaxation, rather than trying to “meditate” as though something profound needs to happen.

Firstly, spiritual healing is not nearly as heavy and serious as it sounds so don’t get worried.

The purpose of this site is to present a very much positive view about 2012 and what could be happening to us.

Now,one thing very important to note and that David Wilcock talks about a lot is that we will play a very active role in what we experience in 2012.

Negative, fearful beliefs of being undeserving and not worthy are not natural to you.

And they can be released and replaced with ones that are natural to you.

We have all picked up some baggage, some negative beliefs that do not serve us.

Some basic spiritual healing can quickly get you feeling a whole lot better.

Using meditation , eft , ho’ponopono , sacred geometry and other techniques will all help you naturally become more of who you really are.

As will exercise, improved diet and drinking more water.

Become more conscious of what you choose to fill your brain with.

Mass media is dumbed down and negative for a reason so don’t expect to be able to fill your brain with it and not be effected in a negative way.

Be selective of what you let into your mind. Be selective of which TV programmes you watch and question whether you really need to pick up a newspaper or watch the news.

Listen to music that makes you feel good, read books that make you feel good, watch movies that make you feel good.

It only takes a bit of looking outside the mainstream mass media to discover that these things exist in abundance, such as the conscious media network and the spiritual cinema circle.

Do whatever you can, whatever feels comfortable and whatever fits and feels right for you.

As long as you are feeling good, positive and upbeat you are shifting and raising your vibration.

The more you do this , the better.

Above all. Don’t worry.

Relax, play, have fun and if the methods above don’t do anything for you , come up with your own.

As long as you are feeling good , positive and loving more often than you are not, then you are on your way.
